Since then we’ve seen several new versions but none of them was as capable. That’s why many believed that the Demon could come back this year, as the 2022 Dodge Challenger Demon.
From what we know so far, this won’t happen. Instead, the next year’s model will come with a familiar lineup, which includes several very capable versions. One of them is the Super Stock model, which is the closest thing that gets to the Demon. The 2022 Challenger is already available in showrooms.
2022 Dodge Challenger Demon Design
Instead of the 2022 Dodge Challenger Demon, we will be seeing a full pack of SRT models, equipped with the famous Hellcat engine. Of course, the offer starts with the base SRT Hellcat model, which is heavily based on the standard Challenger, but also comes with a couple of essential upgrades.
Of course, it comes with a lot of styling details that accentuate its high-performance character. This refers to the hood design, bumper, wheels, unique color options etc. However, the modifications under the skin are way more important.
In terms of mechanics, the SRT comes with a lot of upgrades. The biggest one is adjustable Bilstein suspension, which works in three modes. Furthermore, this coupe comes with a heavy-duty differential and an open-air intake. Finally, you may count on upgraded, six-piston Brembo front brakes.
Interior
On the inside, things aren’t much different compared to the standard Challenger. Of course, there are numerous “SRT” badges around the cabin, as well as things like exclusive color schemes and materials. Among exclusive options, you can also find Laguna leather upholstery. Other than that, the dashboard offers a familiar layout, which looks nice and attractive, despite the model’s age.

The 2022 Dodge Challenger Demon may not be available, but there is a whole bunch of SRT models that offer some serious performance.

The total output goes all-away up to 797 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque. With this one, the 0-60 time goes around 3.4 seconds, while the quarter-mile time goes around 10.8 seconds. Also, keep in mind that this version is available with an 8-speed automatic only, while there are also a couple of exclusive styling features, such as “Redeye” badges around the car.
Finally, the Super Stock comes as the most capable variant of the car. This one features a max output of 807 horsepower and 707 pound-feet of torque, which provides even better performances. Besides more power, it also comes with 18-inch wheels and Nitto street-legal drag racing tires, as well as a couple of unique styling details.
2022 Dodge Challenger Demon Prices
The base SRT Hellcat model starts at around 65.000 dollars, while the Redeye costs around $10.000 more. The range-topping Super Stock would cost you over 85.000 dollars.
I’ve been waiting 50 yrs for the cuda to rear it’s gorgeous body since I had to get rid of my 70 challenger r/t s/e. With a 383 4gear pistol grip. I’ve had lots of vintage beautiful cars since that challenger but none of them had the power , exhaust tone that those mopars enriched us with.
